My name is Siloma Stephen. I grew up in a village where dreams often died young, but I taught myself the digital skills that led me to build an agency working with clients like the United Nations.
But every time I visited home, I saw the same struggle: talent wasted and futures cut short. And then one day, I felt a call deeper than any job offer. The Lord told me to quit. And I did. I quit my stable, well-paying government job and walked away from a steady income to start Digital Moran, because I learned that walking with God is more important than letting the world define you.
I made a choice to give my best years to helping young people from underprivileged backgrounds learn the same high-demand digital skills that changed my life.
My mission is bold yet simple: to create 1,000 successful businesses by training over 100,000 youth, proving that everything can be taught. This isn’t just my career; it’s my vow. And this is my invitation for you to be a part of it.
