Dear Man

Happy soul ultra pro max!

With pressure your way
With thorns so sharp to tear your soul
With slate and jeer to fill your ears
With dry love and pretense to tease your heart
Where do you run to?

The sun must set and rise again
The dark must blind but light will emanate
The clock must tick and heal the sick
Off their daily frustrations in life
But don’t you ever get fed by that pattern?
The cycle of reacting onto the changes of your surrounding?

Dear man who leans on his own understanding
Dear man with finite knowledge and infinite thoughts
Dear man who seeks approval from other men
Dear man whose feelings and expressions change
From the changing patterns of life
Don’t you think it is time you lean on someone powerful
Someone all knowing, sovereign and ultimate?
